Building a bright future – Local firm on construction framework
Merseyside-based company, Carroll Build, has successfully secured a position on a four year development framework to build and refurbish rental properties on behalf of the Blackpool Housing Company, who aim to deliver a £60million housing plan over the next 10 years.
Carroll Build which are a part of parent company, The Carroll Group, are delighted to have been appointed as one of the contractors on the framework to provide large-scale building works and refurbishment services.
The framework is set to provide Carroll Build with the opportunity to potentially work on projects which are estimated up to the value of £500,000.
The contract will commence in January 2018 and will see the re-modelling and refurbishment of non-residential properties such as hotels and guesthouses. Blackpool Housing Company will also be commissioning works on existing residential properties which require significant redevelopment.
